A qualified Private Secretary with over 30 years experience in the food industry, with specific involvement with food safety.
Helen has worked for Marks & Spencer and The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology before setting up a Virtual Office providing secretarial and administration support to small businesses. Helen is a vital element in the day to day functioning of the TQS Food Consulting team.

Andrew has over three decades’ experience in the food industry. As the founder of TQS Food Consulting, he has extensive experience in food safety, quality and hygiene across many areas of the food industry, encompassing raw materials, food processing and manufacture including import/export and distribution.

Started in the food industry 1989 as QA operative covering Sausage, stuffing and deli products. Karen then moved to a position in product development covering sausage, stuffing, deli products and bakery (cold Pies). She moved to process development covering all the above product groups, eventually progressing to become Quality Assurance manager in bakery operations.

Jordan Flaste has 15 years of experience in digital marketing. In the mid-90s, he managed Cyberchefs.com, one of the first online restaurant ordering portals in the US. Taking a slight detour into television, Jordan work as a production assistant on the US Food Network's highly rated Emeril Live! Show for two years.

Tina Hinds is a very experienced food safety and technical manager with more than 30 years experience in a variety of manufacturing and processing industries

David Green is a chartered scientist and a fellow of the IFST with almost 20 years food industry manufacturing and retail experience.

Barbara started in the food industry aged 19 and for the next 6 years gained experience of frozen sausages and uncooked pies, fresh sausages, pork pies, re-heatable pastry products and quiches both in shop floor positions then moving on to Quality Assurance.
